Payment
The delivery takes place after advance payment of the total amount. Following payment methods available for this:

Paypal (credit card, direct debit, bank transfer)
Nach Auswahl der Zahlungsart werden Sie automatisch an Paypal weitergeleitet. Dort können Sie die Zahlung unter Angabe Ihrer Paypal Mitgliedsdaten vornehmen und den Paypal Käuferschutz in Anspruch nehmen

Bank transfer
Conveniently pay via bank transfer, online or at the next service desk. After selection of the payment method the required bank details will be send to your email address.

Cash on delivery (+10,00 € Germany-wide)
Pay cash, directly with the forwarding agent, at receipt of the goods. If you select this payment method the goods will be shipped to you within 24 hours.

Cash on pickup
You are welcome to personally pick up your device from us.  Cash and card payments are possible. To do so please call us on: 02822 9258-0

Delivery

Shipping within Germany is free of charge. Additional services such as express shipping within Germany are calculated with a surcharge of €10,00.

The shipping fees for Austria or Switzerland are €5.00 per package.

More delivery countries are available upon request.

The product will be dispatched within 24 hours of receipt of payment. The delivery will be by GLS with a delivery time of 1-2 working days (Saturdays and public holidays excluded). 

Within the scope of the delivery, you will receive an automatically generated email from GLS. This is regarded as dispatch confirmation and includes among other your personal tracking number. The status of the parcel can be tracked with the following link:

Should a delivery not take place in good time, please check the status of the package or contact us by calling 02822 9258-0 / or by email at Info@saro.de.

IMPORTANT NOTE:Upon acceptance of the ordered goods, we must point out that you are advised to check the package for damages in the presence of the driver and if necessary to open it. Possible damages shall then be indicated on the freight documents.Unreported transport damages cannot be disputed retroactively. Should a damage exist, please use our ready-made transport damage report and send it populated by e-mail to Info@saro.de.
